Jose Lopez Jr., age 81, passed away on Monday July 27, 2020 in Rio Grande City, Texas. He was born on January 23, 1939 in La Grulla. He is proceded in death by his parents, Jose Sr., and Juanita Garcia Lopez. He is survived by his wife, Ofelia Rivas Lopez and his daughters, Rebecca Lopez, Celeste N. Lopez, Erika Lamar Lopez Tovar. Survivors also included his 8 grandchildren, 11 greatgrandchildren. Follow by Direct Cremation. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City.
