Jose David Garcia, age 52, went to be with God on Monday September 09, 2019 in Starr County Memorial Hospital in Rio Grande City. He is preceded in death by his parents; Gilberto & Severna Garcia (+) also his brother; Gilberto Noe Gonzalez (+). He is survived by his sister; Noemi Gonzalez. Visitation will be held on, Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at Hernandez Funerals from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. Viewing continues on Thursday September 12, 2019 from 8:00 am to 9:30 am going to St. Paul Church in La Puerta at 10:00 am follow to La Puerta Cemetery at 11:00 am. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City.
