Jose Luis Chapa's Obituary
Jose Luis Chapa passed away peacefully on February 24, 2025. He is preceded in death by his father, †Fidencio Chapa. He is survived by his loving wife, Seomara Chapa, & children; Jose Luis Chapa Jr., Jennifer Lyann Chapa, and Josie Lynn Chapa, and his 2 grandchildren.
He is also survived by his mother, Oralia Garza, and stepfather, Carlos (Chito) Garza. His survivors include his brother, Fidencio Chapa Jr., and sisters, Nilsa Chapa Alvarez and Julissa Garza.
Funeral services will be at Hernandez Funerals Rio Grande.
