He is survived by his parents: Jose Alvarez Cruz and Hortencia Rodriguez Alvarez, four children: Judith Alvarez, Jose Angel Alvarez, Angel Manuel Alvarez, and Jaime Alvarez, and brothers and sisters. Funeral Services will be held at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City, TX.
