It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Joel A. Salinas, who peacefully entered eternal rest on July 29, 2026, at the age of 86.
Joel lived a life defined by love, quiet strength, and devotion to his family. A proud veteran, he served his country with honor and carried that same sense of dedication throughout his life. He will be remembered for his kind heart, generous spirit, and the love he shared with everyone who knew him.
Joel was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Olga G. Salinas, with whom he shared many years of love and companionship.
He is survived by his children, Felix Gonzalez, Eduardo Mendez, Miriam Solis, and Daniel Mendez; his sisters, Elena Guerra and Lucila Guyer; along with many extended family members and dear friends who will cherish his memory always.
Though he will be deeply missed, Joel's legacy of love, service, and compassion will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
May he rest in eternal peace, reunited with his beloved Olga.
