Jesus Guzman Jr.'s Obituary
Mr. Jesus Guzman Jr., Age, 71, passed away on Sunday May 09, 2021. He was born in La Grulla, on November 17, 1949 to Jesus Sr., and Luisa Solis Guzman. He was a great son, husband, brother and a good friend to all. He will be dearly missed by all. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesus Sr., and Luisa Solis Guzman. He is survived by his wife, Maria Avelina J. Guzman and his children, Nancy Cahue, Alberto E. Vela and Rosie Olivarez, Jesus Angel Guzman. Survivors also include his 14 grand-children and 1 great-grand-children. Visitation will be on Thursday May 13, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Viewing continues on Friday May 14, 2021 from 8:00 am to 9:30 am going to Holy Family Church in La Grulla at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Ruben Solis Cemetery in La Grulla at 11:10 am. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
