Jesus Gilberto Guerrero's Obituary
With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Jesus Gilberto Guerrero, on Wednesday January 10, 2024 at the age of 27, in Mcallen, Texas surrounded by his family. Jesus Gilberto, was our dearly loved son, husband, father, brother, nephew, and friend. He will be greatly missed by his beloved family and close friends. Jesus Gilberto, was born on October 21, 1996 in Mcallen, Texas to Maricela Mares. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Jayla Guerrero+. Jesus Gilberto, leaves behind his loving mother, Maricela Mares, his wife, Martha Salinas and his loving children, Roberto Guerrero, Jaileene Guerrero, Jesus Guerrero Jr., and Imelda Guerrero. Survivors also include his sisters, Luana Guerrero, Jasmin Guerrero and his brother, Efrain Guerrero Jr., and his girlfriend, Lucero Ortiz, and her baby girl that it’s on her way, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family, all whom he loved dearly. The Guerrero family invites you to join them in a celebration of faith in remembrance of his life. The Guerrero family will receive friends and family on Friday, January 12, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hernandez Funerals. The recital of the rosary will begin at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Saturday January 13, 2024 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am with a chapel service at 10:00 am. Followed by Direct Cremation. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City.
