Jesus M. Garza's Obituary
Jesus M. Garza, age, 90, passed away Thursday, June 01, 2023 at Rio Grande City, Texas. He was born on August 16, 1932 in General Bravo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. Jesus, was a loving husband, son, father, brother, uncle, grand-father, great-grand-children he will be greatly missed by his beloved family and close friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Maria Garza+ and Hilarita Lopez Garza+. He is survived by his wife, Maria Del Refugio Gonzalez Garza and his children, Martha (Hilberto) Cazares, Jorge Luis (Noelia) Garza, Javier (Nery+) Garza and Olga L.(Carlos) Cortez Jr., Laura (Anestacio) Quintana. Survivors also include his 11 grand-children, 9 great-grand-children and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family, all whom he loved dearly. Visitation is going to be on Friday June 02, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Saturday June 03, 2023 from 8:00 am to 11:45 am going to St. Paul Church in La Puerta at 12:00 pm. Follow Burial at La Paz Cemetery in Rio Grande City at 1:00 pm. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
