Ismael Vela Jr., age 63, passed away on Friday April 7, 2017 in his Residence in Rio Grande City, Texas surrounded by his family. He was born on July 17, 1953 in EdRoy, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Ismael Vela Sr. (+) and by his mother, Celia Bazan Vela (+). He is survived by his children, Marisela Vela, and Lee Roy Vela, and Paula Vela, and Raul Vela. He also has 8 grand-children and 5 great-grand-children. And he also had numerous nieces and nephews.
