It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Isidro Garza, who entered eternal rest on Sunday April 07, 2024, at the age of 55, in Edinburg, Texas. Isidro was born on June 24, 1968, in McAllen, Texas. Isidro was a loving father, son, brother, grandfather, nephew, and uncle. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eligio Garza Jr., and Maria del Refugio G. Garza and his son, Alberto Zurita. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Nelly De La Torre Garza and his loving children, Iris Zurita (Joe) Alanis, Imelda Ramirez (Javier) Solis Jr., Isidro (Sabriana) Garza Jr., Clarrisa Garza (Ryan) Garcia and his 9 grandchildren, along with numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family. The family invites you to join them in a celebration of faith in remembrance of his life. The visitation service will be on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hernandez Funerals with a rosary at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Thursday, April 11, 2024, from 8:00 am – 9:45 am going to Immaculate Church in Rio Grande City at 10:00 am. Followed by Burial at Rio Grande City Cemetery at 11:00 am. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City, Texas.
