Irma Davila, age, 81, gained her wings on Thursday, October 05, 2023, in Rio Grande City, Texas. She was born on February 12, 1942 in Mexico. Irma, was a loving daughter, mother, sister, aunt. Irma loved to be celebrated in any way, she was one of a kind that will be greatly missed by her beloved family and close friends. She is proceeded in death by her parents, Rafael Davila+ and San Juana Saenz Davila+. She is survived by her children, Aurelia Gomez de Barrera, Jose Gomez, Oscar Gomez, Humberto Gomez, Juan Gomez and Efrain Gomez, Irma Gomez Davila, Fernando Gomez, Ignacio Gomez. Survivors also include her 33 Grandchildren and 41 Greatgrandchildren and her extended family, all of whom she loved dearly. The family invites you to join them in a celebration of faith in remembrance of her life. Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 07 , 2023 from 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm with a rosary at 6:00 pm. Followed by Cremation. Funeral services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals, LLC, in Rio Grande City.
