Ignacia Chapa Solis, age 82, passed away on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 in Pasadena, Texas. She was born on July 31, 1936 in La Casita, Texas. She is survived by her children, Natividad Ibanez and family, Reymundo Solis Jr. and family, Ricardo Solis and Family, Rosalva Solis and family, Maria Nella Guerra and family and Rafael Solis and family; 1 brother and 2 sisters; 18 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held today, Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Hernandez Funerals from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 7, 2018 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church at 11:00 am in La Victoria. Burial will follow at La Casita Cemetery. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals of Rio Grande City.
