Humberto Pena's Obituary
Humberto Pena, age 77, passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2023, in Roma, Texas. He was born on March 25, 1946, in El Porvenir, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. Humberto was a loving husband, son, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He will be greatly missed by his beloved family and close friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ramon Pena+ and Rafaela Rodriguez+. He is survived by his wife, Juana G. Pena, and his children, Maria Pena, Humberto (Alma) Pena Jr., Joel (Melissa) Pena, Dalila (Abelardo) Cerda, and Jonathan (Elisa) Pena. Survivors also include his brothers and sisters, his 16 grandchildren, his 3 great-grandchildren, and his extended family, all of whom he loved dearly. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Viewing continues on Thursday, July 27, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., going to Immaculate Church in Rio Grande City at 12:00 p.m. followed by Cremation. Funeral services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals, LLC, in Rio Grande City.
