Howard Lee Marks, age, 57, passed away on Monday September 14, 2020 in McAllen Medical Center. He was born on May 28, 1963 in Rio Grande City, Texas. He is preceded in death by father, Rodolfo Marks. He is survived by his mother, Noemi Ruth Marks and his siblings, Rodolfo Marks, Judith Marks, Carlo Edward Marks, Ingrid Marks. Viewing will be held on Thursday September 17, 2020 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a chapel service at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Friday September 18, 2020 from 8:00 am to 10:30 am with a chapel service at 10:00 am follow burial at Rio Grande City Cemetery at 11:20 am. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
