Hortencia Perez's Obituary
With great sorrow, we announce the passing Hortencia Perez, age, 70, on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at McAllen Medical Center. Hortencia, was a dearly wife, mother, daughter, sister, grand-mother. She will be greatly missed by her beloved family and close friends. She was born on June 22, 1952 in Mexico. She is preceded in death by her loving father, Alberto Castro+ and her mother+ also by her loving husband, Roberto Jorge Perez+. She is survived by her loving daughters, Sonia Perez, Liliana Perez and her loving sons, Roberto Perez, Rodolfo Perez. Survivors also include her 9 grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family, all whom she loved dearly. Visitation is going to be on Monday, November 21, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Tuesday November 22, 2022 from 8:00 am to 11:15 am going to Immaculate Church in Rio Grande City at 11:30 am. Follow burial at La Paz Cemetery in Rio Grande City at 12:30 pm. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
