Homero Sanchez's Obituary
With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Homero Sanchez, on Tuesday December 12, 2023, at the age of 75, in his resdience in Mission, Texas surrounded by his loving family. Homero was our dearly loved husband, father, son, brother, nephew, grandfather, and friend. He will be greatly missed by his beloved family and close friends. Homero was born on October 25, 1948 in Vallermoso, Tamps, Mexico to Alfredo Sanchez and Gregoria Resendez Sanchez. He is preceded in death by his parents, Alfredo Sanchez+ and Gregoria Resendez Sanche+. Homero leaves behind his loving wife, Paula Sanchez and his loving children, Homero Sanchez, Ricardo Sanchez, Carlos Sanchez and Idalia Brotes, Marcos Sanchez. Survivors also include his 11 grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family, all whom he loved dearly. The Sanchez family invites you to join them in a celebration of faith in remembrance of his life. The family will receive friends and family on Thursday, December 14, 2023 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hernandez Funerals at (806 E. Expressway 83 in La Joya, Texas). Viewing continues Friday, December 15, 2023, from 8:30 am – 1:30 pm at (806 E. Expressway 83 in La Joya, Texas). Follow Burial at Santa Fe Cemetery in Mission at 2:00 pm. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in La Joya.
