Guadalupe S. Garcia's Obituary
With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Guadalupe S. Garcia. Sadly, she passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at the age of 82, in Edinburg, Texas, surrounded by her loving family. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sibling, aunt, grandmother, and friend to many. She will be greatly missed. Guadalupe was born to late Antonio Saenz and Enriqueta Guerra on May 07, 1941 in Rio Grande City, Texas. Left to cherish her memory are husband, Oscar Garcia Sr., and her sons, Oscar Rolando Garcia Jr., Ernesto Enrique Garcia, Eduardo Arturo Garcia and Daniel Garcia. Survivors also include her 4 grandchildren and numerous relatives and friends. The Garcia family invites you to join them in a celebration of faith in remembrance of her life. The Garcia family will receive friends and family on Wednesday January 31, 2024 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hernandez Funerals. The recital of the rosary will begin at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Thursday February 01, 2024 from 8:00 am to 9:45 am going to Immaculate Conception Church in Rio Grande City at 10:00 am and followed by burial at Rio Grande City Cemetery at 11:00 am. Funeral Services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City.
