Gilberto Garza Pena Jr., age, 71, passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 2, 2018 in his Residence, in Roma surrounded by his family. He was born on March 13, 1947 in Rio Grande City. He is preceded in death by his father, Gilberto Pena Sr. (+) and by his mother, Manuela Garza Pena (+), also by his sister, Elisa Pena (+). He is survived, by his wife, Socorro Mejorado Pena, and by his daughter, Brenda Pena, also by his siblings, Francisca Pena, Gloria Perez, Jesus Pena, and Dalia Reyna, Raul Pena, San Juanita Pena and numerous nieces & nephews.
