Francisco was the son of Leroy Rios and Bernarda Luera. He is survived by his wife: Diana Garza his children: Joann Lizette Soto, Francesca Rios, Priscilla Rios; as well as his three siblings: Norma Rios, Annette Rios, Erica Rios. Francisco's memory will also be cherished by his 2 grandchildren Leonardo Canales and Summer Soto who brought him immense joy. " His memory will live on forever. "
