Francisco “Frankie” Ruiz Jr., age, 48, passed away on Monday June 11, 2018 in his Residence, in San Isidro. He was born on October 11, 1969 in Mission, Texas. He is preceded in death by his mother, America Rita G. Ruiz (+) and his sister, Yolanda Ruiz (+). He is survived, by his father, Francisco Ruiz Sr. also by his siblings, Ruby Ruiz, Raul Ruiz, Yolinda Rivas, Rene Ruiz also by his half-brother, Francisco Hernandez.
