Felix Medelez, age 101, entered in to eternal rest on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Las Palamas HCC in Mcallen, Texas. He was born on November 20, 1918 in San Benito, Texas, to parents, Jose Medelez and Jesusa Lopez Medelez. Felix is survived by his 9 children, Lorenza Medelez of Edinburg, TX, Blas (Dalinda) Medelez of La Victoria, TX, Noe (Olga) Medelez of Sunnyside, WA, Benito (Maria+) Medelez of Weslaco, TX, Jesusa (Emiliano +) González of Granger, WA, Héctor Medelez of Umatilla, OR, Nora (Medardo Jr.) Rivera of Alto Bonito, TX, Felix (Elsa) Medelez of Mabton, WA, Adrian (Sylvia) Medelez of Hermiston, OR. 54 grandchildren, 115 Great Grandchildren and 68 Great- Great Grandchildren. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Visitation is going to be private. Funeral Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals of Rio Grande City.
