Felipa D. Flores' Obituary
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Felipa D. Flores, who entered into eternal rest on Wednesday April 10, 2024, at the age of 72, in Edinburg, Texas. Felipa was a devoted wife, a loving mother, daughter, sister, niece, grandmother, greatgrandmother, and friend. She will be greatly missed by her dear daughters, family and friends. Felipa was born on May 01, 1951, in Mexico to Miguel Degolllado and Candida Vega Degollado. Felipa leaves behind her loving daughters, Rosa Diaz, Flor Flores, Marcela Flores. Her survivors also include her 10 grandchildren, 7 greatgrandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family whom she loved dearly. The Flores Family invites you to join them in a celebration of her life. The visitation service will be on Friday, April 12, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Hernandez Funerals La Joya (806 E. Expressway 83 in La Joya, Texas 78560). Viewing will continue on Saturday, April 13, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. going to Holy Family Church in La Grulla at 11:00 a.m.. Burial service will follow at Ruben Solis Cemetery in La Grulla at 12:00 p.m. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Hernandez Funerals in La Joya, Texas.
