Esperanza Saudia's Obituary
Esperanza Delgado Saudia was born on January 15, 1973, in Salineno, Texas to Vicente Delgado and Maria Ruiz Delgado. She was a resident of Corpus Christi, Texas for the past 33 years. Esperanza entered into eternal rest on March 26, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents.
She will be deeply missed by her family and those that came to know her over her 52 years of life. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Roy Saudia; her children Thomas Lee and Amanda Alexis Saudia; her granddaughter Sophia Pino; and her siblings: Vicente Delgado Jr., Hortencia Delgado, Amalia (Noe) Beltran, Socorro Delgado, and Thelma Delgado.
The Saudia and Delgado family will receive friends and family on Monday, March 31st at the Hernandez Funerals, 701 E. Eisenhower, Rio Grande City from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The recital of the holy rosary will begin at 6:00 pm.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, April 1st at the San Isidro Catholic Church at 10:00 am. Burial to follow to the Delgado Family Cemetery in Delmita, Texas. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals of Rio Grande City.
