Ervey Salazar's Obituary
Mr. Ervey Salazar, Age, 77, passed away on Friday May 21, 2021 in Starr County Memorial Hospital. He was born in Cerralvo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, on April 05, 1944 to Eulogio and Angelina Salazar. He was a great son, husband, brother and a good friend to all. He will be dearly missed by all. He is preceded in death by his parents ,Eulogio and Angelina Salazar. He is survived by his wife, Ercilia R. Salazar and his children, Ervey Salazar Jr, Celestino Salazar, Ercilia S. Salinas, Miguel Salazar and Maria Lourdes S. Vela, Gilberto Salazar, Jose Salazar, Eulogio Salazar, Elizabeth S. Martinez. Survivors also include his 33 grand-children and 13 great-grand-children. Visitation will be on Monday May 24, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Viewing continues on Tuesday May 25, 2021 from 8:00 am to time pending going to Grace Point Church in La Grulla. Burial will follow at Los Solis's Solis Cemetery in La Grulla. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
