She is preceded in death by her devoted husband, Elias Eustolio Saenz, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and partnership.
Ernestina is lovingly remembered by her children: Sonia S. Lopez, Elias E. Saenz, David O. Saenz, Ruben D. Saenz, Rene R. Saenz, and Tina M. Vargas. She also leaves behind her brothers, Roberto Carrera and Odilon Carrera III, who will continue to honor her memory.
