It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Enedelia Vela of Mission, Texas, who passed away on July 19, 2021 at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends can send flowers and/or light a candle as a loving gesture for their loved one. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Enedelia Vela to show support. Enedelia was predeceased by: her parents, Genaro Vela and Ofelia Vela. She is survived by :her beloved husband, Santos Vela and her children, Mary Lou Guerra, Imelda Gomez, Veronica Vela and Jorge Vela, Enedelia Cisneros. She is also survived by her 7 sisters and 16 grand-children, 5 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 22th from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Hernandez Funerals in La Joya. Follow transfer to Repueblo De Oriente, in Mexico, on Friday July 23th. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in La Joya.
