He was born on August 23, 1943 in Rio Grande City, Texas to Ernesto and Beatriz Castaneda. Visitation will be held on Wednesday March 04, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. Viewing continues on Thursday March 05, 2020 from 8:00 am to 9:45 am going to Immaculate Church in Rio Grande City at 10:00 am burial at Rio Grande City Cemetery at 11:00 am. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals of Rio Grande City.
