Elva S. Silva, age, 90, born on June 06, 1929 passed away on Monday June 10, 2019 in her Residence in Garciasville, Texas surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her father, Juan Saenz (+) and her mother, Guadalupe Villarreal Saenz (+), also by her husband, Raul Silva (+) . She is survived by her children, grand-children. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City.
