Eligio Garcia Garza, age, 86 passed away on Thursday August 16, 2018 in Retama Manor in Rio Grande City. He was born on August 10, 1932 in Camargo, Mexico. He is preceded in death by his father, Sotero Garcia Rios (+), his mother, Francisca Garza Cano Garcia (+). He is survived, by his wife, Emma Villarreal Garcia, and by his children, Sotero Garcia, Yolanda Garcia, Jose Luis Garcia, Maria Elena Garcia, and Dora Garcia, Norma Garcia, Enriqueta Garcia, Rosaura Garcia, Esmeralda Garcia also by his 21 grand-children and 8 great-grand-children and nieces & nephews.
