Eleuterio Villarreal, age, 68, passed away on Monday, June 26, 2023 in Rio Grande City, Texas. He was born on February 20,1955 in Rio Bravo, Mexico. Eleuterio, was a loving husband, son, father, brother, uncle, grand-father, he will be greatly missed by his beloved family and close friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Manuel Villarreal+. He is survived by his mother, Maria Ortiz Villarreal and his wife, Martina Soto Villarreal and his children, Jesus Villarreal and Lorena Jauregui. Survivors also include his 4 grand-children, and his siblings and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family, all whom he loved dearly. Visitation is going to be on Thursday June 29, 2023 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Friday June 30, 2023 from 8:00 am to 10:45 am with a chapel service at 9:45 am. Follow Burial at El Arroyo Cemetery in Rio Grande City at 11:00 am. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
