Eleazar Garza Pena, age 70, passed away on Thursday March 23, 2017 in McAllen Medical Center Hospital in McAllen, Texas surrounded by his family. He was born on September 16, 1946 in Harlingen, Texas. He is preceded in death by her father, Candelario Pena Gonzalez(+) and his mother, Canuta Garza Galvan (+). He is survived by his wife, Anna Maria G. Pena also by his children and grand-children.
