Courtney Ember Cruz's Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Courtney Ember Cruz, who was taken from us too soon on June 22,2025 at the age of 35. She brought immeasurable joy and light into our lives with her kind heart, radiant smile, and boundless curiosity. Though her time with us was brief, the depth of love and happiness she shared will forever remain in our hearts. She was preceded in death by brother Matthew Cruz and leaves behind Loving husband Thomas Daniel Rios, Parents Vanessa and Israel Cruz, her children Dante Treviño, Dylan Gonzalez and Catalea Rios, her siblings Brock Eric Olivarez, Israel Espiridion Cruz, and grandparents Serapio Cruz and Yolanda Olivarez along with countless friends who felt her warmth and generosity.
A service celebrating Cortney Ember Cruz precious life will be held on June 25 and 26 , 2025 11am-8pm at Hernandez Funerals, followed by Rosary on June 25 and 26 at 6pm, where friends and family are invited to remember a life that, albeit short, was truly a gift to us all.
