Cipriano Rangel, age 72, passed away on Wednesday February 22, 2017 at Paxvilla Hospice in McAllen, surrounded by his family. He was born on September 27, 1944 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. He is preceded in death by his father, Marcos Rangel (+) and by his mother Ricarda Ramirez Rangel (+), and also by his wife, Maria de Jesus P. Rangel (+). He is survived by his children, Rodolfo Rangel, Bertha Alicia Rangel, Patricia Rangel, Marcos Rangel, Cipriano Rangel Jr., Hector Rangel, Maria de Jesus Rangel, Nydia Rangel Villarreal, Carmelo Rangel. And he also had 26 Grand-children
