Cipriana R. Valencia 96, passed away on Friday August 26, 2016 in Solara Hospital in McAllen. She was born in Rancho Los Vela's in Rio Grande City. She preceded in death to her father Juan Rodriguez(+) and her mother Petra Villareal(+) She is survived by her sons Ruben Valencia and Christoval (Chris Culp) Valencia. numerous grand-children and great grand-children.
