Christopher Diego Saenz's Obituary
With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Christopher Diego Saenz of Rio Grande City, Texas, on Saturday January 29, 2022 at the age, of 40, in Rio Grande City, Texas. Christopher Diego was our dearly loved husband, son, brother, father, uncle, and friend. He is preceded in death by his father, Julio Sanz Jr., and his sister, Heidi Saenz. He is survived by his loving mother, Yvonne V. G. Saenz and his loving wife, Elaine Garza Saenz. Survivors also include his children, Ivy Rodriguez, Aleya Rodriguez, Dyliah Saenz and Candace Saenz, Haven Saenz, Ares Saenz. Survivors also include his siblings, Jessica Marie Saenz, Stephanie Guzman and David Charles Saenz, cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family. Visitation will be held on Monday January 31, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City, Texas. Viewing continues on Tuesday, February 01, from 8:00 am to 3:45 pm going to Immaculate Church in Rio Grande City at 4:00 pm. Follow Burial at Rio Grande City Cemetery at 5:00 pm. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing.
