Carlo Edward Marks Jr., age, 41, passed away on Saturday February 20, 2021 in Starr County Memorial Hospital. He was born on June 29, 1979 in Rio Grande City, Texas. He is preceded in death by his grand-father, Rodolfo Marks his uncle Howard Lee Marks. He is survived by his parents, Carlo Edward Sr., and Grisel M. Marks and his brothers, Rodolfo Ruben Marks, Cesar Lee Marks, Christopher James Marks. Survivors also include his 2 daughters and 1 grand-daughter. Viewing will be held on Wednesday February 24, 2021 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Viewing continues on Thursday February 25, 2021 from 8:00 am to 9:30 am with a chapel service at 9:00 am follow burial at Rio Grande City Cemetery at 10:00 am. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
