Candelaria S.Garcia, age, 82, passed away Friday, December 11, 2020 in Rio Grande City. She was born on December 27,1937 in Los Aldamas, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. She is preceded in death by her parents, Pedro and Maria Garcia Salinas and her husband, Victoriano Garcia and her son, Jose Guadalupe (Ofelia) Garcia. She is survived by her children, Rogelio (Maria Guadalupe) Garcia, Julia (Humberto) Gonzalez, Gerardo (Blanca) Garcia, Maria Elena (Fernando) Garcia and Agustin Jaime (Oneida) Garza, Maria Valentina (Julian) Garcia. Survivors also include her 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grand-children. Viewing is going to be on Mon December 14, 2020 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Viewing continues on Tuesday December 15, 2020 from 8:00 am to time pending follow to Saenz Cemetery in La Victoria. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
