Bruno Angel Lozano's Obituary
On Saturday, September 2, 2023 Bruno Angel Lozano (82) went to be with the Lord. He was surrounded by his family and died peacefully at his home in La Victoria, TX. Bruno was born on February 12, 1941 in La Grulla, TX. He was an honor graduate from Rio Grande City High School, an aircraft mechanic, carpenter, and popularly known for “water dowsing,” using a forked stick and rod to locate underground water minerals.
Bruno is survived by his wife Celinda Lozano, they were married for 62 years. He is also survived by his children: Hilda (Mauro) Garza, Bruno Lozano (Marlinda Corona), Melinda Lozano, Velma Lozano, Ricardo Lozano & Graciela “Yogi” Lozano, his grandchildren; Andrea (Marco) De Rueda, Corina Garza, Bruno (Jennifer) Lozano, Jimmy Lee Lozano, Crystal (Albino) Bazan, Desi Barerra, Nissa Barrera, Samuel Torres, Victor (Rochel) Torres, Ariel Torres, Marisa Ramos, Daphne Lozano & Brandon Lozano, 19 great-grandchildren, his brother; Omar Lozano, sisters; Graciela (Manuel) Guerra, Elva Lozano, sister in law; Irma & Demetria Lozano ,as well as, numerous nieces & nephews.
Bruno is preceded in death by his parents Bruno (Maria) Lozano of La Grulla, TX , his brothers; Eleazar, Hector, Jose, Cesar, Harold, Lucila & Ramon Lozano, his grandchild; Paulino Garcia & brother in law; Eligio Guzman.
As per Bruno’s request no funeral or memorial service will be held. Bruno enjoyed fishing & hunting, as well as, spending most of his time at his ranch with his wife & family. He will be remembered for his calm nature, humorous personality, and humble loving spirit.
