When I first started hanging out with Cesar (10 y/o), she took away a BB gun that wasn't even mine because we were shooting at cans through the window screen. As a young adult and onward, countless laughs and words both of wisdom/encouragement and to get my life together and do something. A helping hand always stretched out even if you failed her. Never took a dime for legal services. After Colonias Unidas, my work ethic changed to "would Blanca approve of this". RIP friend.
