Audelia Garza, age, 91, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Fort Worth Texas. She was born on August 07,1929 in Rio Grande City. She is preceded in death by her parents, Teodoro and Francisca M. Garcia and her grand-daughter, Zelda Garza. She is survived by her husband, Aurelio Garza and her children, Rosa (Steve) Gay, Diana (Carlos) Tobias and Aurelio (Elvira) Garza Jr., Juanita (Janie) Saenz. Survivors also include her 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grand-children. Viewing is going to be on Tuesday February 23, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Wednesday February 24, from 8:00 am to 9:45 am going to Immaculate Church in Rio Grande City at 10:00 am follow burial to El Perdido Ranch Cemetery in Santa Elena at 11:30 am. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
