Rio Grande City TX, Arturo Menchaca, age 66, passed away on Monday, January 06, 2020 at his residence in Rio Grande City, surrounded by his family. He was born on July 28, 1953 in Lerado, Texas to Francisco Menchaca and Consuelo Zamora Menchaca of Rio Grande City. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is also survived by his wife, Sylvia Menchaca, his sons, Arturo (Melissa Cantu ) Menchaca Jr., and Francisco (Leslie Garza) Menchaca. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren, Quinten Martinez, Emily Menchaca, Matthew Menchaca, and Jacob Menchaca. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 09, 2020 at Hernandez Funerals from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm follow by Cremation on Friday. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals of Rio Grande City.
