Arnulfo Hernandez's Obituary
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Arnulfo Hernandez, who entered rest on Monday, May 13, 2024, in Midland, Texas. Arnulfo formerly of La Grulla, Texas, was born on November 07, 1971, in Mission, Texas. He was the son of Rafael and San Juana Hernandez of Alto Bonito/La Victoria. Arnulfo (Nufi as he was known), was a loving husband, father, son, brother, nephew, and uncle. Left to cherish his memory are his loving parents, Rafael and San Juana Hernandez, his loving wife, Annabel Carrera Hernandez and their children Victor, Vicente, Mariella, Catherine, and Carlos. He is also survived by his brother Arturo and his sister Amanda along with numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and extended family. Arnulfo graduated from Texas A&M University at Kingsville (TAMUK) as an Engineer with a specialty in Natural Gas. He always put the Lord first, and always wanted to help others. The Hernandez Family invites you to join them in a celebration of faith in remembrance of his life. The visitation service will be on Friday, May 17, 2024, from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City (701 E. Eisenhower Rd in Rio Grande City, 78582). The recital of the rosary will begin at 6:00 pm. Viewing will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024, from 8:00 am to 9:30 am going to Holy Family Church in La Grulla at 10:00 am. Followed by Burial at Saenz Cemetery in La Victoria at 11:00 am. Hernandez Funerals of Rio Grande City is in charge of funeral arrangements.
