Arminda Falcon Rivas, age, 83 passed away on Saturday February 16, 2019 in her Residence in Rio Grande City surrounded by her family. She was born on February 07, 1936 in Mexico. She is preceded in death by her father, Lazaro Falcon (+) and her mother, Genoveva Falcon (+), also by her husband, Tiburcio Rivas Sr. (+). She is survived, by her children, Rosa Chapa, Jesus Rivas, Tiburcio Rivas Jr., Jaime Rivas, and Ninfa Rivas, Rene Rivas, San Juanita Rivas, and Norma Villarreal, Raul Rivas, Yolanda Rivas, Yesenia Rivas. She is also survived by her 23 grand-children, 21 great-grand-children.
