Armando Gutierrez, 77, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2024, in Rio Grande City, Texas. Armando was born December 09, 1946, in Rio Grande City, Texas to Delfino and Julia Pena Gutierrez. He is preceded in death by his parents. He was a loving father, son, brother, grandfather, nephew, and uncle. Left to cherish his memory is his loving children; Armando Gutierrez Jr., Enrique Gutierrez, Linda Gutierrez, and Rudy Gutierrez, Steve Gutierrez, Joe Ramon Gutierrez. Survivors also incclude his twenty-three grandchildren, and his sliblings, Delia Gutierrez, Noelia Gutierrez, Americo Gutierrez, and Maria Lydia Lopez, Guillermo Gutierrez. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. The Gutierrez Family invites you to join them in a celebration of faith in remembrance of his life. Visitation will be held on Friday June 21, 2024, at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City from 9:00 am to 1:45 pm going to Immaculate Church in Rio Grande City at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at Rio Grande City Cemetery at 3:00 pm. The Gutierrez Family has entrusted the care of the funeral director and staff at Hernandez Funerals, LLC to handle funeral arrangements.
