Anjel B. Benitez's Obituary
With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Anjel B. Benitez, on Monday September 06, 2021 at the age of 50. Anjel was our dearly loved husband, father, son, brother, nephew, and friend. He will be greatly missed by his beloved family and close friends. Anjel was born on December 09,1970 in Washington, to Raul Benitez and Eva Bazan Benitez. He is preceded in death by his father, Raul Benitez +. Survivors include his mother, Eva Bazan Benitez and his wife, Julianita Martinez Benitez and his sons, Alexis Benitez, Angel Benitez Jr., and his daughters, Jazmin Benitez, Jenice Benitez. Survivors also include his siblings, Arnoldo Benitez, Reynaldo Benitez, Roel Benitez and Eva Benitez +, Jesus L. Benitez +, also many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family, all whom he loved dearly. Visitation will be held on Friday September 10, 2021 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm follow by Cremation. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City.
