Amparo Garza's Obituary
Amparo Garza, 99, passed away Saturday September 26, 2020 in her residence in Rio Grande City surrounded by her family. She was born in August 02,1921 in Matamoros, Mexico. She is proceded in death by her parents, Manuel Flores Guzman and Teresa Guzman also by her husband, Luis Garza, her son, Jose Luis Garza. She is survived by her children, Gloria Garza, Carlos Garza, Alicia Garza and Elma Garza, Griselda Garza. Survivors also include her 18 Grand-Children and numerous Great Grand-Children. Viewing will be held on Wednesday September 30, 2020 from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a service at 6:00 pm follow by Cremation. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
