He was born on May 09, 1979 to Amado Moreno Garcia and Oralia Pena. He is also survived by wife, Lilia S. Moreno and his children, Julaixa Moreno, Julissa Moreno, Maylynn Moreno, and Maya Moreno. He is also survived by his brothers, Pedro Moreno, Roberto Moreno, and his sister, Mayra Moreno. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Hernandez Funerals from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm. Viewing continues on Sunday January 12, 2020 from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. Viewing continues on Monday January 13, 2020 from 8:00 am to 9:45 am going to Immaculate Church in Rio Grande City at 10:00 am burial at Family Cemetery in Rio Grande City at 11:00 am. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals of Rio Grande City.
