Alicia R. Ruiz, age 86, passed away on Wednesday July 5, 2017 in Pax villa Hospice in McAllen, Texas surrounded by her family. She was born on February 23, 1931 in San Jose Tuitan Durango, Mexico. She is preceded in death by her father, Antonio Romero (+) and by her mother, Carlota Soto (+). She is survived by her husband, Servando Ruiz and her children. Also by her grand-children, great-grand-children. And numerous nieces and nephews
