Feb. 6, 1941-Nov. 21, 2016 age: 75yrs
Alicia Garcia Laurel –Los Laureles Ranch, San Isidro, Texas. Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt in Christ has peacefully entered into eternal rest with our Lord Jesus Christ on Nov. 21, 2016. Her abundant faithfulness to our Lord is the legacy she leaves instilled in our hearts forever. Her words of wisdom will remain imprinted in all of those lives she touched through her ministry and strong devotion to God.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Eligio and Dolores Garcia, her sister Francisca (Enrique*) Bazan, and nephew Jose Fernando Bazan.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 44 years Pedro Laurel, Jr, her two children Julia (Jose Alejandro) Ochoa, Jr. and Pedro (Adabel) Laurel IV. Five grandchildren Audrey Marie Ochoa, Jose Alejandro Ochoa III, Lauren Ann Ochoa, Dylan Matthew Laurel, and David Andrew Laurel. Her sister Sara (Chester *) Brooks and brother Saul (Pilar) Garcia, and eleven nieces and nephews Maricela Bazan, Sylvia A. Bazan, Sylvan Bazan, Celinda Bazan, Angela (Scott) Sandersfield, Priscilla (Stephen) Muñoz, Gloria (Efrain) Garcia, Annie (Willie) Dominguez, Patricia (Blake) Birdwell, Terry Garcia, and DeLoris (Josh) Paul.
Viewing was held Wednesday November 22, 2016. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday 23, 2016 Church- San Isidro Catholic Church. Followed by burial at Los Laureles Family Cemetery in San Isidro, Texas.
