Mr. Alberto Garcia Villarreal, Age, 68 passed away on Friday June 26, 2020 at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen surrounded by his family. He was born on June 16, 1952 in Mexico, to Timoteo and Eufemio Villarreal Garcia. He is preceded in death by his parents,Timoteo and Eufemio Villarreal Garcia. He is survived by his wife, Domaciana Olivares de Garcia and his son, Jose Timoteo Garcia, his daughters, Adriana Garcia, Ariselda Garcia, and Aissa Garcia Chapa. Survivors also include 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Visitation will be held on Monday June 29, 2020 at Hernandez Funerals from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a service at 6:00 pm. Visitation continues on Tuesday June 30, 2020 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am Burial Service held at St. John's Cemetery in Rio Grande City at 11:30 am. Funeral Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals of Rio Grande City.
